Your data stays on your phone.
Everything you track lives on your device. No server of ours holds it, so we can’t see it. You don’t need an account to start. We don’t sell your data, and we never send it to advertisers. Your health data only leaves your phone if you choose: an export file you save yourself.

The app
Where does my data live?
On your phone. Your cycle logs, check-ins, and notes are stored on your device, never on a server of ours. We can’t see them.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use the full app without signing up or giving us your email.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We never sell your data, and we never send what you log to advertisers or analytics companies. There are no advertising tools from Meta, Google, or anyone else built into this app.
Do you track how I use the app?
No. There are no analytics tools watching what you do in the app. We learn what works from people who tell us.
What does leave my phone, and why?
Only an export file, if you make one and save it somewhere yourself.
How do I move to a new phone?
Use Export and Import in Settings. The export file is scrambled, and only your password can open it, so keep that password somewhere safe.
How do I delete everything?
In Settings. It’s gone from your phone straight away. It can’t reach an export file you saved yourself, which you can delete wherever you saved it. A scrambled copy can’t be opened without your export password.
If you’re testing the app
You install test versions through Apple’s TestFlight or Google Play. Apple or Google handle that under their own privacy policies, and they may show us your tester email address, when you installed the app, and reports if it crashes. We keep what you log out of error messages and crash reports.
This website
This website has no cookies, analytics or advertising. It’s hosted by Cloudflare, which handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
If you email us
We use your message and email address to reply, and we keep them only as long as we need them for that. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Please don’t send us health details.
Cloudflare and Google may handle this information outside the European Union, under the safeguards those companies provide.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing rosa@24seasons.app. You can also complain to Spain’s data protection authority, the AEPD.
